Customer referrals

We have a home office network for our publishing company. Our regular IT person is out of state and could not remotely resolve the network that suddenly went offline. I explored Yelp and read the positive review about NorthBay Computers, called them on a Saturday and was surprised to reach a live person. John answered the phone, I explained the problem. He said he would be out on Monday. I will say that he was very solution based, checked our entire system, recommended upgrades, security enhancements and corrected the connectivity issue. John was very proactive and in communication after he completed the work to be certain everything was operating and we were happy. Yes, we are happy and highly recommend NorthBay Computer Systems....and his fees are reasonable.
